@Grooby, The new fee payment form was released in the month of August (i believe) whereas you have sent your application in the month of July. My question is, considering the above fact, do you think still it is required to send the new payment form. Members, please advice.

Guys, This staple thing is giving me a reason to worry. What i remember is that i didn't staple any of the forms but yes what i can recall is that i might have stapled the bank's account statement and may be the pay stubs. Going through this forum i was confident that things will go fine but...

what if i did this mistake, on both the form i have mentioned my name as applicant, but the forms are signed individually by me and my spouse i.e. on one form i signed and filled my family details and on another my spouse signed and filled her family details.. don't give me a shock !!!!
