I (a sponsor) moved 5 time within Canada before becoming a citizen. So I sent them all the five address and the time line. You said " Here do i need to provide only India as previous place ?" - Yes Indian & Canada ( within the last 10 years ) Hope this helps.

I agree with AVP296. Lived more than 6 months YES, please mention all the address (Home Country + Worked Country) and with correct dates To and From. Visited not required. And if you were on Work Permit in Canada you should send your PCC from Canada too. Hope this helps Jameee
