Hi, When did you apply? I made an enquiry too, and they said that the eligibility is passed and that the maximum timeline for this PR application to complete is until the Medical is active. And you are right they call the CIC in Canada not NDVO. Ask your MP's Assistant to email the NDVO...

Do you have a REP ? CIC will mail (post) him/her the letter of approval. If you have did online application then there is a communication gap. Please contact them about this Thank you
