    If it was mandatory for you to file a tax declaration (means if you earned money or investments in Canada) you must have filled it for 3 years. But if you didn't earn any money then you didn't have to fill a tax declaration and in that case they will be okay with it

    They are asking for of a photocopy of all your passports, not a photocopy of all your passport, you need to include the bio page of each one of your passports you used in the last 5 years

    It might have generated your receipt still, look in the list of receipts of your cic account. Also, if the payment never went through, the charge will show up on the pre-authorized section of your credit card but will never actually go through

    Yeah just fill them and send them using xpresspost, they'll all arrive on the 12th anyway. CIC doesn't get mail delivery 60 times a day, Post Canada will just bundle everything and deliver it the same day
