    You get your permanent numbers when you become a Permanent Resident, they shouldn’t change when you become a citizen. At least your SIN will not change that’s for sure

    I think the team who actually process the request take into account the date on which the request has been received, since your AOR was delayed a lot, they started processing yours almost immediately
