In the last communication CIC said 22000 profiles are active in EE but they never mentioned out of 22000 profiles they have selected 7000. Rest you can search cic website for more information

Ask you consultant to get a training of EE system. BTW its possible to update anything in EE profile. Login to myCIC and open submitted application which is at the bottom of the page. Update your of your language section and submit back your application

Best solution of this is use another Email ID and create a new profile.
