hi

I did bachelors of 3 years from India and 2 years post secondary diploma from Canada " can I select "two or more degree , certificates or diploma. One must be for a program of three years or more " option for my 2 years secondary diploma from canada ? please someone reply

I have similar credentials and will select same option. Make sure you have the ECA report. For Canadian one, you are not required to get the evaluation. Hope that helps.

Please refer to your ECA report for equivalency of foreign degree in Canada. And add the Canadian diploma to your educational credentials which you do not need to evaluate.
Do not proceed without ECA.
Or you can try the free degree equivalency tool on WES website.

I hold two degrees, one from Canada and one from Hong Kong with ECA. But no update of score ( still the score for one degree) after I entered the second degrees( the ECA one). Does anyone know why? Am I supposed to select the "two or more programs..." on the option myself instead of having the system update and calculates the score ? But it is not what it is shown on the ECA report. What should I do?

Correct, if you hold two or more degrees with one at least three years or more, you should select "Two or more post secondary degrees with one at least three years or more" option. You must get your ECA for foreign credentials.

I have the following education:

3 years Diploma in Electronic and communication
Canadian Equivalency :Secondary School Diploma and Diploma (2 years)

Bachelors of technology
Canadian Equivalency : Bachelors Degree (4 years)

Now as per CIC, i can select "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years"
As i have 1 diploma of 2 years and 1 degree of 3 years or more.

Let me know if you have any other views about it.

is your first diploma post secondary? if yes, then you can select two or more option.

guys can we only choose this option if we have 2 DEGREES?! I have a 3 year degree and I have a 2 year study which I did not get a degree for it cause I quit before that. I was thinking maybe if I send the documents to WES they can evaluate it and then I can choose this option. If I am not mistaken there was a option for even a one year study in the form. Am I right? Thanks

I have completed BA from India ( 3 years graduate degree)
After that I completed MA ( 2 years post graduate degree)
After that I completed MSW ( another 2 years post graduate degree)
After that I completed MA from UK ( 1 year post graduate degree)

Should I get credential of all the degree or can i get credential of only MSW to apply as a social worker?

Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees.
Important notice: One must be for a program of three or more years.
ECA assessment results:

A three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree

PLUS any of the results in the sections below (not including secondary/high school), or:

Post-Bachelor's Certificate
Post-Bachelor's Diploma
Graduate Certificate
Postgraduate certificate
Postgraduate Diploma
two-year Postgraduate Diploma, specializing in [name of discipline]
one-year Postgraduate Certificate in [name of discipline]
Study Toward a Master's Degree
Points
Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System (with spouse) 119
Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System (without spouse) 128
Federal Skilled Worker Program factor points (if this applies) 22

like I said maybe WES will recognize my 2 year studies as a one year certificate?!! Because it will be difference of almost 30 points for me which is a lot since I sitting at 402.

sorry man didn't mean to brag or anything just trying to make my score better. hopefully the score will go down in future draws .

so do you guys put both degrees in different tabs?
for eg one tab you fill bachelor's and one tab you fill post graduate.

Also what you select in level of education in both tabs?
Is it 2 or more certificate or degrees or diplomas one being atleast 3 years?
