Hi,

I am little bit confused after seeing my ECA report. I got my ECA from WES and educational equivalencies are as follows
1)Bachelor's degree
2)Completion of an undergraduate certificate-level program

Canadian Equivalency Summary says "Bachelor's Degree"

What should I choose for Express entry? Can you please help.

Thanks,
Pasindu

Hi guys. I got my eca report and a bit confused too. It says bachelors degree (3years) and post graduate diploma (1semester). I think I can count it as 2 or more certificates, dips or degrees. Only thing I m confused about is 1 semester they have mentioned in the bracket. I have a Certificate for this education in Business admin from university of wales UK. Help would b highly appreciated. I have already emailed wes for clarifications.

What if i got 5 years bachlors and 2 years post graduate education?

Hi guys. Just wanna ask if mine can be considered
Two post secondary:

During college I finished a 4 Years Bachelor's Degree

After college I finished a 1 year diploma course which WES considered as a 1 year post secondary.

Then I also finished an Advanced Diploma course In Finance which WES assessed as a 2 year diploma course.

Just wanted to clarify

if Techincal certifications like OCJP can be considered as another certificate in ECA?

I have B.E degree.

No, I don't think they can be.

If someone has
1. two years Diploma (after secondary Education) and then
2. four years Bachelors

Can he/she claim "two or more degrees or Diploma" option ?

1. Credential

Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)

2. Credential

Canadian Equivalency: Postgraduate certificate (one semester)

can i claim two or more degrees or is it only one degree?

Hi Chiragappa

I'm in same situation .. What did you select ? Mine four years bachelor's degree Canada equivalency

I have the following education:

3 years Diploma in Electronic and communication
Canadian Equivalency :Secondary School Diploma and Diploma (2 years)

Bachelors of technology
Canadian Equivalency : Bachelors Degree (4 years)

Now as per CIC, i can select "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years"
As i have 1 diploma of 2 years and 1 degree of 3 years or more.

Let me know if you have any other views about it.

I am in the same boat. Please let me know if I can select Two or More option or not.?

You need to enter both credentials separately and system will calculate your points automatically and award you points for "two or more certificates, diplomas, degrees one must be 3 or more years long"

Good Luck!

The WES report clearly says what are your degrees canadian equivalent to...So if on both your WES reports if it sayd that your credentials are worth atleast 3 years degrees (canadian equivalent) then you can select the “Two or More....” option...
