LMIA is not required now. All they want is a valid job offer.

As far as i know, there was no draw and i received the email today from Alberta (AINP-PROD.S@gov.ab.ca) for submitting the application within 30 days. If i am not wrong after submitting the application, then they will take 2-3 months to send the actual nominations under PNP and give 600 point...

I checked the section, specially where they have mentioned timelines for PNP i.e 22 months. I am sure its for general PNP not for AINP advantage program where they claim it will be less than 6 months. Otherwise it defeats the purpose. Just a thought... I wish it could have been little less.

You are eligible for OINP nomination, why cant you recreate your profile, you definitely get OINP nomination and then ITA. Another option is Quebec PNP which is coming on Jan 18th.

Please review the list of docs required after getting ITA. I gather this info long back and seems like went below in the discussion threads. I hope this will be useful to all SArb
