It seems impossible to get ITA without having Provincial Nomination?

One other thing to note is that since a score of 464 is right on the border of the possible CRS cut-offs, it would also be worth improving the IELTS scores of your spouse as well. It will only make a difference of a few points, but in your position a few points might mean the difference between...

It seems impossible to get ITA without having Provincial Nomination?

Your language results are not optimal. Improve your IELTS score to CLB9 and you will be able to get a much higher CRS.

It seems impossible to get ITA without having Provincial Nomination?

464 is correct for your age, but your language skills are not optimal so you won't get that. With clb9 you will stand a strong chance of getting an ITA at some point in the future.

It seems impossible to get ITA without having Provincial Nomination?

Then you've done something wrong. What is your age?

It seems impossible to get ITA without having Provincial Nomination?

Wrong. The max you can get is 481 (484 for spouse with masters) with masters degree and 3+ years of foreign work experience. That is the score I got and now I have a CoPR.

Landing in March, do I need to file Canadian tax returns for 2016?

Just a quick question, but I'm unsure of the answer. My first thought is 'no' since I wasn't a resident in 2016, but I just wanted to be sure :P

    Mailing PR Card

I don't know if this is strictly true, the PR card is a highly official document and if customs find it then I think there is a chance it will be confiscated, just like if you were to mail a passport and it got found. It's not likely it would be discovered, but the risk is there. There are...

work permit to enter canada to get a job offer and increase CRS score

If you're eligible for international experience, you could apply for that. Else, you could try speaking to the Canadian consulate near you about getting a visitation visa with the purpose of promoting yourself to employers and attending interviews, but not to actually work during your visit. As...

Express Entry - e-APR Submitted in November 2016

They are probably just in the process of reviewing whether you've provided the correct documents they asked for since they've asked you to upload your language certificate, so still quite early in the application I'd reckon.

Can I quit my job after submission of EE?

What I meant was does your express entry profile have an LMIA contributing to your total points? If your current job was the basis of your LMIA, I imagine you would have to get a new LMIA for your new job and inform CIC of the change. Your job is in your home country? No, I do not think you...

Can I quit my job after submission of EE?

No, unless any changes to your circumstances would make you ineligible for express entry, I highly doubt it would be an issue. Your application will be assessed on its merits at the time of your submission. And by express entry, I presume you mean your PR application. One question though, do...

How to improve a CRS score of 354

If you're only getting 50 points on age, you are going to struggle to get an ITA purely on human capital no matter what you do. You should be looking into either getting an LMIA or provincial nomination.

How long before PR status lapses?

Ah, I stand corrected. For some reason I read it as 3.

How long before PR status lapses?

No, that does not count. The only things that count are: 1. If you were accompanying abroad a Canadian citizen who is your spouse. 2. You are employed by a Canadian business or province and you are explicitly assigned abroad. 3. You are accompanying a Canadian PR who is your spouse under...

How long before PR status lapses?

You must renew your PR card every 5 years, and to be eligible for renewal you must have lived in Canada for at least 3 2 of the preceding 5 years, unless you have special circumstances.

can i make changes to my profile while waiting for the ITA?

You can change anything in your profile to anything you want post-ITA, so long as you still remain eligible and your new answers do not put you below the CRS cut-off at the time of your invitation.

Better language scores, better education, more work experience, LMIA offer, PNP. That's pretty much it.
