attaching job offer letter is not compulsory. When you apply for OWP, even BOWP, there is nothing to do with employer. But if your employer helped you to get nomination for province then yes, employer plays a role if you are applying for BOWP. As you are on PGWP stream, no need to worry...

yes, I attached my offer letter, applied online through mycic portal. Google come to canada wizard, it will ask you few questions and apply for extend your work permit option. Link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2013/ob485A.asp

you can wait and apply online even one day your PGWP expires. But on the safe side, I would suggest you apply 30 days before your PGWP expires. Hope this helps.

I found after talking to some people on this forum based on their gcms notes. I am uncertain how cpp-o works but I am pretty sure about how CIO-NS work if applicant is inside canada. Hope for the best guys !!

Means your application is for final review at ottawa. Do you see assignment due date on second or third page of gcms notes? which date did your application was received at ottawa?
