if the address associated with your Mastercard/visa is not used when making online payment, it won't work. I knw in canada, postal code should match. Hope it helps.- arif.jabbar

Well PNP would take you atleast 5 months to nominate.. so i dnt think that's worthful.. I have been nominated by ontario, applied for wife's open work permit application, after being rejected twice for her visit visa- arif.jabbar
