What sort of proofs can one show to prove that their parents are financially dependent on them to show family ties for visitor visa? If there is an ongoing spousal application , would that be affected by making parents financially dependent on the principal applicant?

I think there is already a cap on the parents family class. Putting such a cap on the spousal cases might not be constitutional .
