Hello guys I received a mail from my parents and there is difference in paper size. In Canada we have paper size of 8.5 by 11 inches Back home we have letter size of 8.3 by 11.7 inches. Now ,the paper i received according to my back home country. Does the paper size really matters?

No, you don't need to submit parents birth certificate unless you are sponsoring your grandparents.
