It means you are the only 1 and sponsoring your 1 parent only. Correct?

Okay ,, How about the family size you put in the employment section of the financial evaluation form? did you include your parents in that question of family size?

Maybe you are live in Quebec that's why you don't need to add 5768 form. But that's good if you gave it.. Other than Quebec, all of them have to give 5768 :)

You have to fill background declaration to whom you are sponsoring

Your sister is 25 .. and she is not dependent.. and you didn't add her in this application. Read the question carefully :- It says any of your family member listed in PR application If your sister is not in this application , then you dont have to mention anything about her
