Hi, I got my AOR yesterday and the ecas now says “Application Received” I had to update the address as I moved provinces, which I did this morning. I will update here when it says “In Process” And also will let you know how long it took for the address change to reflect.

I beg to differ. AOR is issued based on the documents you provided. If your physical presence calculator says 1095 and you have all your documents fully completed an AOR is issued. The initial review officer will not have your entry and exits into the country other than the one you provided m...

The way yiu The way you describe it, I can certainly say that it's the CRA scammers trying to tell you that, you have committed a tax fraud and will be arrested if you do not pay $6000. LOL Cic usually never calls, their communications are through mail (Canada post)

    August 2018 Application

To begin with, you don’t have to stress yourself so much. I’m assuming you are in the country. No pun intended, just saying :) Okay, to answer to your question. - Yes, if you receive AOR that means your application is compelete and you meet the minimum requirements but, do remember that data...

You are still not losing a day because you were in Canada on both the days. Add entry and exit day in the physical calendar and I'm quite certain it will says 0 days( Reason: you were in Canada both the days. There is no requirement you to be in Canada for 24 hours of a day) Yes it's better to...

    September 2018 - Citizenship Applicants

I got off the call with CIC like 10 mins ago, I was told, you can send the application the same day you are eligible.

    September 2018 - Citizenship Applicants

I differ with that (n-1) concept and I tell you why. I was eligible on September 05 and I sent my application on September 05 and my application dated was also September 05 ( I mean the date and sign ). If I had to leave Canada on September 05, I would not lose that day because, I'm already in...

    Citizenship application

Panic!!!! I was eligible for citizenship on September 5th 2018, I sent my application the same day (dated September 05). Now someone told me you are under 1095 days bcoz it should be n-1. Anyone knows anyone in this situation ?

    September 2018 - Citizenship Applicants

I had exact 1095 days the day I sent my application . I landed in Canada as a PR, traveled a few times to the states in the last 3 years ( I had kept a track of my enter and exit ). I think as long as your days are accurate and your physical calendar says you are eligible, I think you are...
