Pssreddy25 I applied under 2281 on August 22nd and my CC was charged on November 20th. I have not got my PER yet. As per SS an august 27th applicant who applied under same NOC got his PER today. Thanks

Not necessarily. Before your PER is out, there is a check done by a Officer at CIC. There are cases in the past where even after CC/ DD charge there were NER. Most of the cases it says you could not reach the 67 Mark. Note: One guy actually appealed as he was not given points for his relative...

Its a denial that your friend could not meet the criteria. Looks to be he is short of points. Thanks
