Express Entry - Education and Work Experience

This is a kinda of debatable, but I do get where you are coming from. In Canada the Doctorate degree is typically referred to a graduate degree requiring former completion of a Master degree or equivalent. For regulated profession the degrees are categorized as an undergraduate degree. Given...

Are both you and your wife qualified for CEC stream? If yes, this will make your life easier. Could be calls from anyone... have you tried to pick up the calls yourself? I've heard of IRCC VO calling the employers to verify the information on applicant's employment history etc.

Express Entry - e-APR submitted in December 2016

There's an IRCC Call Center but the number only works within Canada (1-888-242-2100), from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m local time. You may give it a try from India. Otherwise I would suggest you submit a case specific inquiry through IRCC Web Form - the turnaround time is usually 10 days.

Quck Question RE Police Certificate Requirement

Thanks for your prompt feedback. Yes my understanding of 6 months rule is the cumulative time instead of a continuous period. I shall start asking for PCC from my home country in case they happen to ask for it. Thanks again for your help.
