GOT the ITA and I clicked on Continue , There is a screen showed up "Find out if you're eligible to apply". Am I going in right direction. I m stucked on RPRF screen What do I suppose to choose in the option

Better to pay for both now to avoid delay in processing your application

if you pay both now you wouldn't have to pay it later , which will obviously delay final decision on your PR application .
