seems like its taking more than a year to get CSQ under regular application. even my AOT has 16 points even i am working in quebec, still i don't know what the prioritized application means and how they are being processed.

but let me tell you something good, there are always loop holes in any system. Choose any course of 3 years with high probability of getting study visa in a nice college. and once you are in Quebec, get admission in the dep 900hr course with 16 AOT and quit the first college, apply for your post...

no you won't get any problem in getting PR 95% sure. see the thing is, if you get CSQ it is easy to extend your visa by means of extending your work permit or by exting it as a visitor. i've been reading some stuff on internet, i forgot the details but you also have a thing called bridging visa...
