my immigration lawyer also told me a student who applied for CSQ in march 2013 got his CSQ on 5th feb 2014 at the time of his interview.

I talk with my lawyer after giving him the job attestation letter. He said in july 2013 the number of files submitted for CSQ is huge. so that makes the process kind of slow these days.

It means Acknowledgement of Receipt i think you get it after per-evaluation of points and document. Because if your points are not sufficient they'll just return your file.
