Only a person living in canada can apply for notes .i.e. a pr or citizen. If u r the applicant in india then ur spouse can apply on ur behalf. Consent form needs to be signed by you, allowing ur spouse to apply on ur behalf. U can click on the link in my signature for more details. Dont panic...

No he dint tell us anything, gonna apply for notes again if i dont hear anything in next two weeks. i have already through with re - medical, so hoping that an interview wont be required.......fingers crossed
