NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Ppl are getting curious before one year has passed on their application
No offense not judging anyone just give it a year than u can crib at least from the 13th months
It's clearly mentioned 17 months so u can ask for MP inquiry or notes after 15 months
That's I think
 
Esp Jan Feb applicant will hear this month
Others have to be patient for couple of months
 
Like I'm May applicant I won't apply notes or GCMS Notes before Aug
That's when my medical is getting over
If I try to do also then too they won't speed up the application

naah they dint even bother to answer that hopefully i will hear something soon and my anxiety will end..........
they just said if i dont get anything by march end, then they will be able to follow up or something..........

Did your Mp tell you anything? Like if everything is ok and no interview?

I read somewhere that Canadian MPs aren't supposed to contact individual visa offices anymore and they can only ask CIC for updates. I guess that must be true then.

I think the reason they looked more closely into your case is..since you and your husband had a child BEFORE you submitted the application, your husband will get a confirmed PR status instead of a conditional PR which most of us here will get. Also, your daughter was born in Canada to a Canadian citizen mother, so it's not like they have to process her application for allowing her into Canada or anything. To the best of my understanding, this is only about your husbands application. Since you provided them with the long form birth certificate and proofs of communication, which was all they asked, I honestly don't think they'll be queuing you guys for an interview. Worst case scenario they may ask for a paternity test, but I think that will be it. Sit tight and wait for your notes, these guys will have to give your husband a visa soon.

No he dint tell us anything, gonna apply for notes again if i dont hear anything in next two weeks.
i have already through with re - medical, so hoping that an interview wont be required.......fingers crossed

Does anyone know if you can download a call log for Whatsapp calls and how? I tried to Google it, but I didn't get any satisfactory answers. Thanks.

calls, iam afraid we cannot.. chats, yes by sending it to email. better, one idea, u jus take a screenshot of ur calls from ur mobile and send it to mail.. simpler..
