NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

when you applied for notes then they sent you confirmation email. it is in that email that if notes takes more then 30 days then send inquiry.

I was wondering about the tracking number, they give you one in the email but how do we track it?. It was sent over a month ago maybe i'll get it sometime at the end of this week.

Thanks for all info. However interview is scheduled on march 2nd and dont think notes will come before the date if i apply for it. i will try to do the MP inquiry. i hope that helps us and all of you guys.

i guess they raised flag bcus of our short story bfor wedding and secondly less pictures. I doubt on this two reason. Otherwise, first marriage for both, no age difference, both have same education, Noone too fat or too thin. Just that the matter of documents. Nothing like complected.

What is the email address to contact CIC. My sister in law went to the Panel physician after remedical requested and told the doctor about her pregnancy. Doctor told her that they cant do any email to CIC regarding her medical conditon. My sister-in-law would have to contact cic by herself and explain the situation. Can the medical be waived?
Please help.

i would suggest ur sister in law to reply back to the reassessment email she got from DELHI.MCREASSESSMENT@international.gc.ca and add the following email addresses:

DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
Delhi-mc@international.gc.ca

Its important that she reply back to the same email because that ways it will have the request for reassessment in the body of the email. otherwise it might be treated as a random email. all the best hope u get a quick reply........

i don't know when you submitted your ADR....anyways its taking 2-3 months for applicants with ADR to get a response from NDVO. I am confused what do you want to inform the ndvo about?? the only changes the ndvo would be interested in is your phone number change/address or change in relationship status or birth of a baby.
I am not sure if you have to inform such travels. maybe others can help you with it.

OTTAWA — More than a third of the applications to bring new spouses to Canada from India may involve bogus marriages, according to internal government documents made public on Tuesday.

“Marriages of convenience” in India “have become a threat to the integrity of Canada’s immigration program,” states the 2013 report from the Canada Border Services Agency’s enforcement and intelligence operations directorate.

thanks for sharing this article....there was a case in 2011, where an Indo - Canadian Sikh committed suicide because her newly arrived wife had boyfriend in Toronto and wanted to move in with him......then there are cases where people with PR or citizenship of Canada marrying Indian people for money, and cousins marrying cousins for PR.......these cases drove the Canadian Government to introduce condition PR and also increased measures to establish the genuineness of the marriage.... i hope we as a community stop doing this..........
