OP says "should be able to file the application in a week's time"

    Early Visa Application

SDS is not an "urgent" attention. it may take 20 days and it may take longer. People are getting their final result for SDS after 3 months. And 1 refusal weaken OP's chance to get a study permit on her next try, for your info.

    Early Visa Application

And advice someone to start application with only 20 days left till the semester starts is not reasonable. Will you take responsibility if application is refused due to rush preparation?

    Early Visa Application

There is nothing as "urgent attention". Everyone is treated equally and it is OP'S responsibility to submit an application on time for Fall Semester. Current processing time is 9 weeks, so don't spread false info please.

Study Permit refused due to "purpose of your visit", is it possible for IRCC to reconsider?

Honestly, I thin SDS gives a faster processing time. Not easier requirement. SDS or non-SDS, UCW stays to be a bad choice. EE FSW, you will likely need at least 470 CRS points to get invited.

Study Permit refused 2nd time. Help please!!!

There is only one thing every single one of us should take into consideration, study in Canada was not made to suit everyone. Some people have a "more likely to get accepted" background. Some simply don't. You need to take another program, another university or college to get accepted. I have...

Study Permit refused 2nd time. Help please!!!

I believe the choice of program and college is wrong. No one would come to Canada to take a "General" Diploma from an unknown college. Credit cards will not help. It has zero effect on your application. Your chances are extremely low as you don't have any previous university education. How will...

Study Permit refused due to "purpose of your visit", is it possible for IRCC to reconsider?

You should not blame anyone for the result. The truth is that with 30 seconds on Google, you will be able to see bad bad really bad reviews about UCW. Why are still going there? Studying abroad is something that you should take serious. Research is a must. 16 years old or 60 years old, you...

    Study permit refused

Please answer to questions to help us understand your situation. 50k are not enough if your tuition is 45k. You will need more than that to support your whole family in Canada. One adult spend around 10k per year. If your family has 3 members, 30k is gone. Where is the money for tuition? So...

Study Permit refused due to "purpose of your visit", is it possible for IRCC to reconsider?

UCW is known for its bad reputation and study permit refusal cases. Consideration will not help. You probably need to submit a new application. Depends on your profile and background, the reason behind refusal may be the choice of UCW itself. You dropped school before, that's a really bad sign...

    Student Work Permit PG

The website seems completely unreliable. Why don't you contact the University directly? Yes University of Fraser Valley is a DLI so any degree from that school will give you a PGWP. But, I am not sure about 1 year online course than the rest on campus as promise the website. Stay away from...

Should i start a new application?

This happened before to many people in this forum. You can send as much as webforms as you want, your application will not be withdrawed. Webform these days takes at least 2 weeks for IRCC to confirm the reception. And even if you can withdraw and start a new application, there is absolutely no...
