OINP Application sent in November 2015

I don't really understand how can there be people from November still waiting for their PNPs, let alone people who have ECE.

Can I apply for PR in parallel to my work permit extension application

No, don't worry about it. When they process your WP, they will see that you have an ITA, they know you will soon become a PR. You are already here in Canada, you have nothing to worry about, including "the intention".

Can I apply for PR in parallel to my work permit extension application

Congrats for your ITA. Apply for your PR and WP at the same time. They are separate. Don't worry about anything and don't wait.

CEC Inland with No PPR after 6 mon - CONNECT HERE!!

This is such BS. PNP and CEC guys should be the first to get their PPRs. Easiest by far to verify and process

OINP Application sent in November 2015

wow, almost a year. Are you in Canada at the moment or are you applying from abroad? Because if i were you and still in Canada, i'd go see them in Toronto and ask why is there no response yet.

Are sudden drops in draw scores possible

I think they have too many applicants with the score of 450 to 480. How are they going to choose between them if they bring down the score? Do they cherry pick Educations? Taking CEC applicants over FSW? Are they going to go back to the "list of needed occupations", like when it was paper based...

Whatever happened to international students point increase?!?!

You have to do what you have to do to increase your points. Right now Int students are screwed, as I was last year too. You can complain and wait for something to happen or actually do something about it. That's your choice. Life is not always rainbows and sunshine and certainly isn't fair (at...

    Canadian Relatives in EE application

CIC doesn't, but PNP might. They ask for their PR or Citizenship proof, proof of address and work so I don't see the need for CIC contacting them when you give them enough verifiable information.

Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream

Nothing concrete, it's just speculation but they did mention in their meetings with ICCRC that they want to follow the BC model more closely. If they do that, PNP will become a lot harder to be qualified for, and it will, supposedly, give significant more attention and chance to those candidates...

OINP/ Ontario PNP sent in Jan 2016, Lets connect Here

For those of you in Toronto who are applying for PNP, don't waste your time over the phone, go to their office at 400 University. There are usually a lot of people coming in and out of their office and they are VERY helpful, even the people you meet at the reception are very helpful, much better...

Why fight over this? Let him do it and let us know how it goes.

Anyone recently applied for study permit from inside Canada after pgwp

To correct you, he needs to do the finger printing, so he HAS TO leave Canada. Hence my initial point stands.

Anyone recently applied for study permit from inside Canada after pgwp

Give it a try and see what happens. You will get rejected. You can extend your study permit, you can also apply for study permit if you are under 18 from within Canada but if you are over 18 and have another type of visa, you need to apply from abroad, or as they say exit the country and come...

Anyone recently applied for study permit from inside Canada after pgwp

You mean you had PGWP and during that time you applied for a student visa? You can't. It'll be rejected. You can't apply from within Canada for study permit anymore.
