Anyone recently applied for study permit from inside Canada after pgwp

If he is inside Canada, he need not do Fingerprinting FYI, unless required by CIC.
Moreover, fingerprinting can be done in Canada also.

Why fight over this? Let him do it and let us know how it goes.
