    My doc's office didn't use a courier service to send my medical results to Ottawa so I have no idea when it was received. I just know I was told it has always taken about 5 days from the time it is in the mail (was put in the mail March 27th) but have no guarantee :(.

    I'd recommend letting your bank know as well. The fraud department of my bank actually called me when the transaction was coming through (still pending) to make sure it was authorized by me. Just contact them to avoid any issues.
