Hi bkd 1969,
Hi! Sir I dont have no idea why CIO responded quickly to my application but when apply to AINP it takes to long period to respond. I started my application In AINP
August 13, 2010 and so many documents requested for me, before I nominated last December 16, 2011 then I passed my application to CIO last March 1, 2012 Im so happy
that they respond quickly. Good luck to us cheers....

your visa office is buffalo? if not buffalo, you should receive your AOR as quick as other applicants.

Anybody can give explanation why CIO responded quickly to all applicants in terms of sending out AOR timely, except for those PNP applicants with Buffalo VO, especially for those non-QSW PNP applicants? It looks like that they are tabling the process for those with Buffalo VO with the reason hard to understand. Any thought?

Seriously. I'm a QSW applicant currently living in Canada, so I'm guessing they're putting my application to Buffalo, even if I had asked for it to be in my country of nationality. My application arrived at CIO on February 27th. Money order cashed March 26, but so far, no AOR, no nothing! I'm surprised that some PNP applicants whose applications arrived way after mine have already received theirs...
I'm really starting to wonder if there's something wrong with my application and that they're going to return it (but it can't be since my money order's already been cashed), or if they accidentally threw my application away and forgot all about it, or if they are just notoriously slow...

Have you received your AOR yet? is your VO Buffalo?

Hi there. In my my case I called by bank/credit card issuer to inform them of the forthcoming transaction, making sure that they are aware of the charge to be made my CIO or Receiver Gen for Canada. Yes there was a post sometime ago saying that the credit card did not authorize the transaction since the card holder was in one country while the transaction was being made in another. Accdg to CIC, if they cannot process the payment, the application will be returned. This will cause a significant delay I am sure.

I'd recommend letting your bank know as well. The fraud department of my bank actually called me when the transaction was coming through (still pending) to make sure it was authorized by me. Just contact them to avoid any issues.

Because your money order was cashed just on March 26, you have no reason to worry anything. You may worry about it if you did not hear anything till early June, considering the late process for Buffalo VO applicants. Just relax.

HI Everyone,

Can you please add me to the group,
My application is under AINP skilled
Visa office is in Manila
March 3, 2012 Application received in CIO
March 19, 2012 PF encashed
March 22, 2012 AOR CIO received
Thanks,

Good news. This is really fast. I am waiting for AOR CIO since my application is three days later than yours. I do not like to keep checking email hundreds of times everyday. Terrible feeling...

Hi,

I wanted to know what kind of checks the CPP-Ottawa and Buffalo office do? How do they check if the person is in the same province or has moved.

Does anybody got PPR from NDVO? Manuboby you're leading the way so i m praying for you to get PPR as soon as possible :),
