Its not like CIC is taking long with any specific category or applications for specific dates. If you consider last years processing.... CIC is moving much faster this year. There had been cases where ppl hv received updates(cc charged/rejections) on their application within less than a month...

but I think rather than refering to the CIC webpage for cap updates, you can get better numbers and idea if you refer to our shared excel(one which senior folks here have created)..... Looks we are better are keeping things updated then CIC lol :) link below...

I dont think there's any number where CIC can be reached for FSW/ application status.

There is no way you can call CIC and get status updates on your application. Just wait and pray for yourself. Also do check your mailbox..... I hate to say this, but your applciation might be way back home with explanation.

There are many questions and confusions over getting Birth certificate translated and if it requires a affidavit or not. 1. Can someone please post the format(if any) for getting docs translated(like should it say the name of the certified person doing translation, his certificate number etc...
