Guess it will be updated once CIC starts giving PER..... as to my understanding getting your CC/DD charged doesnt mean one less from the over all cap, hence these are not updated now..... just a thought.

Sure. I heard a similar case but it was not an FSW applicant but a CEC(Canada experience class) where a person had faked job letter and was caught in personal interview.... not sure if he was black listed, but he had posted that his application was rejected due to that.... I dnt have the link...

I have read many cases on this Forum and other Forums where applicants had several verification checks at their work place by CIC folks (mostly all cases at NDVO)....... Have anyone heard of CIC people doing similar checks at your work location in USA or Canada or any other countries...... I...

Yeah, makes sense. But how do we withdraw our application..... I mean once you send your application to CIC there's now way you can withdraw it or is there a way to do so??

Question to all the forum members. Does anyone know if a person can apply in more than 1 NOC? I mean you apply in say NOC1234 and then you release that's not your correct NOC.... so you apply in another NOC(sayNOC9876) while your earlier application is still pending with CIC. Does anyone know...
