CIC link says Generic form IMM0008 and then a date of July2014(imy guess this date represents the date when form was updated) Not sure what does it means???? I mean how can a form be updated with a future date? or does it mean, Generic form WILL BE update in July2014??

Yes there are many. CIC will accept your 10th marksheet in liue of birth certififcate, provided your 10th marksheet has your name, parents names and your DOB.

I would suggest you send another application. If payment dnt go through they will return your application along with stating the reason. I have not seen/nor heard from anyone confirming that CIC makes moer than 3 attemps to charge credit card. All the best.
