Hi there, are you a Canadian permanent resident or citizen? If you’re a premanent resident you’re required to stay in Canada during the entire process for spousal sponsorship, and if you left should return as soon as possible. If you’re a citizen then you’re fine and you don’t need to inform CIC.

Awesome :) thank you! It’s funny we realized we were also missing the court certificate, submitted the PCC and a month later we checked the country specific requirement for some stupid reason (and good thing we did) and realized they required a court certificate along with the PCC...submitted...

Hey @rikta92 question since you’re also from Bosnia, did you submit just the police certificate from the MUP? Or the police certificate and the court certificate from the Opstinski sud? I, for some stupid reason, went to check this and see on the website they require both...we however only...
