Agree with what Starnaeae said... no definitive way of saying what will happen when, or how long it will last. But now that we got SA and did the medical exam we’re waiting for the medical results and the file to be sent to the VO which will be in Vienna.

Hi there, we electronically signed right away. From what we understood that means you are submitting the documents to IRCC. If you just upload them but not electronically sign you don’t submit and therefore they don’t receive it.

You should be able to link it right away, we did it about 10 mins after receiving AOR1. We received our AOR1 today, and I put the postal code and country for myself (sponsor/spouse), but for the PA and his family members we didn't put the postal code, only address, city and country.
