Me too. We called last Thursday and they said they'd investigate since it had been a month since they had sent the first inquiry. If we don't hear anything by tomorrow then I conclude that it was accidentally shredded or lost and they don't want to take accountability.

It's just specifying which numbers refer to the month/day because some people get those confused. For example: 2019/10/11 - some people might think the date is October 11 and some may think it is November 10th.

No, nothing extra needs to be submitted. Our changed back to 'Submitted' once we passed medical 6 days after.

AIP means it has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements for permanent resident status, however, a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent resident have been met like pass medical and background checks. What is your timeline?
