Husband did biometrics July 2nd, got the medical request on July 4th, and then on July 5th I got the transfer email. So they transferred us even before he had completed the medical, which was really surprising to me.

They won't refuse an application without first sending either a Procedural Fairness Letter or asking for an interview. So if it changes to Decision Made without them making those kinds of requests, it's a good sign :)
