There are still many candidates from June who are waiting for second line update still.

This makes sense. More candidates calling is not going to help fast-track process anyway as it is going to take its own time.

Some thoughts, though they are responsive but because it is very clear that FBI PCC will take 12-14 weeks, so calling them again and again can not help anyone, rather frustrate them only. He can send on a print out, its clearly mentioned on FBI Website. " The FBI will accept FD-258 fingerprint cards on standard white paper stock. " and the link to download and print FD-258 is given.

sorry to hear that your fp is rejected. believe the issue now will be to decifer what they meant i.e. what could be issue with previous one, so the application that is sent now meets their 'characteristic' criterion. may want to call them to understand.

I don't think being underweight or overweight is a big deal as long as Medicals are ok. Seniors may pls comment.

FBI themselves have clarified it on their website. After Charging apparantly it will take min. a month for them to dispatch. http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks

I believe there are lot of people in same boat because of delays in USA PCC. If NDVO receives significant amount of such queries/requests, they may start giving the right timeline to submit PCC. 30 days is too less by any measure if USA needs 4 months to process it. They may not want to...

Thanks. I understand that Getting USA PCC is taking more than 3 months now a days so if PCC is to be submitted within 30 days of request, is there a possibility of extension of this timeline. Pls. advise.

Hello, Can you pls. advise how many days are allowed between MRRequest and MR_RequiredByDate. Also, is PCC also required by same date or that is a different date than MR required by date. Thanks.

Friends, Need a help. My application reached CIC on 13-Jun but Credit Card was declined by Bank on 1-Oct and CIC did not try again. I have a question. If I send a bank draft now, is it an effort worth trying. what are my chances of success by sending a DD now. Any other thoughts.
