Relax..There's still time. MR request takes around 40-45 days from PER. So you will get MR around 1st week of November.

Dear Harpreet, dnt wry mine was the same case, for your peace of mind call dhl customer service ask for the person who signed. They did inform me the name over the phone.

Sorry to hear this.

You can re-apply this year with improved letters, or under a different NOC, or wait for EE, any of those would work.

As for a different NOC, sure you can, but if you try to claim a different NOC for the same job that you already claimed was 2173, and CIC has a record of your prior application, that would make them wonder how that job is now under a different NOC. So on this you should be careful.

What is this EE??What would be a best choice - to apply via 2172 this year or apply for EOI in January 2015?/

my process consultant suggested me that I can apply via EOI - wat is the difference between applying this year and next year. Please suggest.

Following are the details that I have received with my MRR.

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination This must be received at this office by: 2014/xx/xx

 RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee FOR YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE. This must be received at this office by: 2014/xx/xx

 Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate.
SWEDEN PCC FOR YOURSELF. This must be received at this office by: 2014/xx/xx

How and what should I send these documents the Delhi? My understanding is as below. Please correct me if i am wrong

1. Medical reports will be send by the hospital directly. I need to send the acknowledgement received from hospital.
2. RPRF fee, pay online and send the receipt of the same.
3. Sweden PCC

Plus I have 2 more questions

1. I have change in my daughters passport. Its renewed. Do I need to send a normal copy of that or notary attested copy of the passport?
2. When making payment online, will it ask for UCI or application no or so? What will be our reference?
3. I have made a travel last month, do i need to send a revised travel/personal history form including the latest travel?

I have two questions if any one answer it will be highly appreciated btw my LVO is London.

Question#1 . I have applied from Pakistan and now I am in middle east for my job and my family remains in Pakistan. I have received MR Medical request is it possible I go for medical checkup in Middle east and my Family perform medical check up in Pakistan ?

Question#2. After Medical Performed ,resident fee paid steps if they ask for Passport submission How long time I may have to get my passport stamped for visa.

Hi guys! An acquaintance of mine sent her application at the end of September. She used the older version of Schedule 3, the one that was effective before August, 08-2013. What do you guys think, will this be a problem? What should she do? I mean, if this is gonna be a problem - obviously she should retrieve her application, but how does she do it, what is the best course of action?
She has a sister living in Canada.

Please help!

I did not get any [helpful] reply so I re-post this.

- I do not think this would pose a serious issue. However, as it stands you cannot 'retrieve' the application back.
- The only way is to send the Form as an additional document to CIC and 'hope' that the form is attached to your package (which is already sitting with CIC).
