Studied in India

Primary/Elementary School - 5 years of Education (1st to 5th Standard)
Secondly/High School - 7 years of Education (6th to 12th Standard)
University/College - 4 years of Education ( 3 years of BSc and 1 Year UK MBA)

Got my WES positive report for Masters thought.

Am i Correct?

What is this EE??What would be a best choice - to apply via 2172 this year or apply for EOI in January 2015?/

my process consultant suggested me that I can apply via EOI - wat is the difference between applying this year and next year. Please suggest.

EE = Express Entry which becomes effective January 2015.

There is no documentation released by CIC yet that can accurately pin point the difference between FSW and EE. However, the primary difference will be that your application will be assessed by potential employers in your field of employment and they will recommend your file to CIC. CIC will, in turn, 'invite' you to apply for Immigration.

You may want to look into how Australian Immigration works to get a fair idea of the whole thing.

Can you pls. advise how many days are allowed between MRRequest and MR_RequiredByDate. WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER MR REQUEST

Also, is PCC also required by same date or that is a different date than MR required by date. 30 DAYS AFTER PCC REQUEST

Thanks for replying actually I haven't received MR yet but just clarify the questions in my mind

In my 2nd question I meant to say the time they give for visa stamp like VO gives 40 days for PCC and 60 days for MR and within how many days someone have to get visa stamped ? like 2 months ,3 months or 6 months...

Question#2. After Medical Performed ,resident fee paid steps if they ask for Passport submission How long time I may have to get my passport stamped for visa.

my application received on May 20th. My friend applied three weeks after me. He received PER 2 weeks after me. Both of us have VO as London. He recently got an email from LVO asking about some gaps in background information and as well as fund movement in accounts. He has been given 30 days notice to reply otherwise decision will be made based on existing information and may even be refused.

one: I am glad that LVO is moving,
two: I am sad that they have not updated second line about me on ECAS despite I had applied earlier than my friend
three: tense that timelines provided for giving information are pretty tight.

I have noticed a certain trend as per SS, LVO is giving priority to IT related NOCs i.e. 217* series.

My notion is based on NOC codes of applicants who have received MR form LVO.

So, apparently, if someone belongs to IT related NOC, they are likely to receive MR much earlier than other NOC applicants.

And just out of curiosity, what is your friend's NOC code who has already received document update request from LVO?

Thanks. I understand that Getting USA PCC is taking more than 3 months now a days so if PCC is to be submitted within 30 days of request, is there a possibility of extension of this timeline. Pls. advise.

I need some help/suggestion from SENIORS:

CIC New Delhi Office has requested Police Clearance Certificates from FBI (USA) and India, Medicals and RPRF to be submitted by 1st week of November.

I already got the Indian Police Clearance Certificate from Passport Office and Medicals have been done.

I applied for the USA Clearance Certificate from FBI in September. However, due to some internal system issues, FBI website has notified that it would take about 12 weeks to process any Summary Request (US Police Clearance Certificate). There is no way to expedite the process also.

So, this means I will not be able to submit the FBI Clearance Certificate by 1st week of November to the New Delhi Visa Office as visa office had requested.

So what do I do now? Is there any risk that CIC may reject my application since this just one document could not be submitted by the specified/requested date? Except the FBI Clearance document I have everything else.

Hi,

One way probably to do this is download the new form and fill it. Compare with old form and if there is a change, then send the new form as addendum. But this needs to be done very quickly. If there is no change in two forms then there should not be a problem

Well i would say its not easy anywhere else too.. All the countries are similiar . Example i live in Australia and the scenario is no different here infact i would say its worst .. many people who are new migrants have a typical mindset that once they go to another country they are gonna have a set life and make good money .. Little do they know how difficult the struggle is .. But i say its better to struggle in dollars than in rupees Things fall in place eventually .. And life cannot be without struggle .. Instead you have to find ways out example if you have a canadian PR one can definetly apply for the US its easier then .. You have pathways always

Wow husband had three decades of exp. construction.
Well it all depends on the individuals after all, Managers become waiters and waiters become hotel owners.
It is about adaptability how fast can you adapt to the new environement.
We immigrants take a chance for better life, some succeed and some not.
Why not go back to Dubai??

Its a finance NOC - I think 1113
