do you guys know if your application was in their system before it got returned to you, after fixing the issues and sending it again, would they process it faster or it will be processed according to the date it was received? I know there were people who their applications got returned to them...

That was nice of them, considering how unhelpful they can be. Hopefully, you will get your package within next week.

if you are in Canada, it will take about a week to receive your package in the mail. How come they send you a letter first and not your complete package?

no it means your application has passed the first stage of their screening which looking for missing or incomplete forms or data and all sort of things like that. After the review is complete you may or may not get an AOR depending on the officer's decision.

then you have your AOR and shouldn't be worried about it. you will get it soon.

when was your application received by them?

next time you call them, ask them to give you your temp number. Although, you can't do anything with it until it is activated and you get your AOR, once they have you in their system that means you have a temp number as well.

I'm assuming you haven't received your AOR yet, right? if yes, did you asked the agent to check if there was a note on your application about being returned to you or not? they might just give you an AoR and then ask you to submit the missing documents they are looking for. an agent told me once...

That is weird. Although their answers are not consistent anyway. Call them again and push them for a better answer than what they gave you. I hope you'll get good news

Did you call them?? If you havent call them tomorrow and find out what happened with your application. Also Im july 14 and still waiting for AOR. I called them today and they told me that they are processing for my eligibility right now. So i should be getting some news from them anytime soon.
