When your application got returned to you, did they assign an application number and uci to you as well? Or the application number gets assigned when they find it complete?

I agree with you, but what it makes it confusing for me is that (and the agent confirmed that as well) they would probably review the applications first and then assign application numbers if they are complete and without any errors and then they will send AOR. otherwise, they will return it...

there shouldn't be any problems if you gave them more info. the problem arises when you don't give them the info they asked for. Good luck

call them today and ask them to give you info about the status of your application. they will tell you if they received it and have it in their system or it was returned to you. 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only) that is their phone number
