the form is only for the principal applicant and not the sponsor. you don't need to fill out this form.

for sure it's not just us. Probably there are people who applied in July and are not members of this forum.

Mississauga is the case processing center and not Visa Office. Visa Offices are different depending on your country of origin. Everyone has a different Visa Office, but same Case Processing Center which is Mississauga.
