When I'm trying to take printout of online residence calculator, the box, where "According to the information you provided, you meet the residence requirement." is written, is not coming complete. The right hand side line of the box seems to be missing. Is that normal? Its like a box open...

No; you cant write house number as apartment number. Once I wrote in a form (not citizenship form) but the lady corrected me. Instead you can leave it as blank or put hyphen
