Does it ask for city where I was living or where the company is based??? I was working from home in hamilton, ontario for company in toronto. Should i write hamilton or toronto in city?,

You mean I don't need to mention job title??? Just write "Work" or "Education" in work/education column???

If I am doing two jobs simultaneously - one as a software dev in a company & other as freelancer (both for same duration), can I write in the form as: 2014 - 04 Present Software Developer + Freelancer XYZ company + Freelancer Please advise if its okay

But I have seen many people on this forum who mentioned ESL on work/education history and their application got accepted.

ESL can be used as language proof. Its mentioned in guide.

I am sorry but I didnt understand. Then why its mentioned- 'You must list all your work and education history including English/French language training for the past four (4) years and must account for each month.'

What this means in instruction guide 'Please note that although certificates from these government funded language training programs can be used as acceptable language proof, they cannot be used as proof of education for your citizenship application ' ;)

If data doesn't fit in, can we write outside? Anyone with this experience? thank you

Thanks guys, I was discharged from hospital after few weeeks but was at home recovering. So what evidence I can submit to mention exact date of recovery???

If I met with an accident and couldnt work after that. should I mention in citizenship application work/education history? I am confused because I have medical evidence for hospital ICU admission, doctors visit, but its hard to prove as to when (what date) I got 100% fit to work. Please...
