You are welcome. Just update CIC with any address outside Quebec and also on your licence. You can do that at any time. If you provide address like you said in BC, then you will be 100% fine. I even landed in montreal and provided BC address.

You can surely land anywhere. You can give any address except quebec. Dnt give quebec address. Hope it helps
