Thanks for your supportive and quick reply. I have already applied for CEC in April 2013, coz i was not sure about the processing of FSW2. I hope everything gets fine. I ll send all the forms as asked by CIC. Rest upto them.

Yes, i worked for 18 months on that job. I dont have open work permit but the permit under my employers name which is valid till october 2013.

Congratulations, you are eligible. 6.0 is the minimum score in each section you need and you got that. Good luck with your application.

The only thing you will lose is your time. They will for sure return your application if your credit card did not work. Dont worry for any rejection / loss of application fees at this point.

Unfortunately, you have to appear in the exam again. CIC will not accept any score below than their requirement specified in the intructions guide. If you will send your application, they gonna refuse it and you wont even get your processing fees back. Please re-appear for exam and good luck...

If you got rejection email from Sydney(CIO), then your file did not go to Ottawa i think. They started your eligibilty and gave you the result. Please correct me if i am wrong. Thanks
