Hey I am new to this page and I am also sailing in the same boat. Applied for PR in October, 2011 and got acknowledgement in December, 2011. After that, got an RCMP fingerprinting request in Feb,2012. I even sent the fingerprints with the file but still they again asked. And, now I dont know...
