Hold on for few more days , WES takes about 20 days for evaluation. I think by end of next week you might get some update.

So what happens after completeness check , its only payment that is left ? But is there any CIC doc which relates the two (PER and CAP nos.)

I think only copy of Degree will do along with ECA as it states transcripts if available?

I mean completeness check (completed applications ) becomes count (CAP) numbers on the CIC website. Why many believe PER / Charging accounts to CAP numbers?

I think charging happens after CIC puts numbers on the website and there is a lag between the two, guess CIC is counting July/August applications at present. ;

apps have slowed down, probably not much change in numbers..

to say its random check ..and in what conditions if not always .. Please dont mind but it seems a concern if the funds are not available when asked.

Does the VO always ask bank statements from everyone who has submitted application with only balance certificate and not added bank statements as Proof of funds. There was a question imposed by a a forumite earlier about lack of funds when asked by London VO? Thanks for your reply.

you never know if you have all the documents in place, why don't you send it ?

I also feel the same . the applications are being charged after thy are checked up for completeness (and published on CIC websites) countrary to what has been mentioned and discussed before ..
