You are not allowed to do initial landing in Quebec if you don't have a Quebec selection certificate. Once you are done with your landing formalities and officially become a Canadian PR, you are free to move anywhere in Canada. No strings attached!

Friends, I am sooooo happy today :) ;D ;D I received the long awaited news about my Citizenship ceremony here in Australia. I will be attending the Citizenship ceremony on 21 May 2015 and finally become an Aussie. It took more than 9 years for me to become a Citizen of this wonderful country...

It actually takes lot less then 81 days to process Citizenship application here in Australia. My application was approved in 40-45 days. People get approved even before this. I know people who have got passports within 60 days.

Same here stuck on Received after Feb 17.

Our e-cas is still "Received" Any dumb CIC officer working on our application ??.

Good on you PUDA ;D My wife called CIC as well and they are playing the same old tune of "Application is at Hamilton office and is in process". God knows what they are doing with such a straight forward application.
