You can still email yoir local VO before 6months, although they may not respond. Some said they got responses in minutes. Give it a try.

The request is usually sent to your CIC account after med passed because there is no officer looking into the case before that (according to what people mentioned after reading their GCMS). (But always keep in mind that CIC is not predictable... we just speak from our experience)

Canada border control didn't stamp mine when I had travelled to USA and returned to Canada by car. I recommend you just write an LOE and explain the situation. It won't be a problem.

The HKP doesn't specify the form to use and I don't think it's up to applicants to decide what form to use. Your local police or FBI should be using their own form. When I did it mine in Bangkok Thailand, they used they standard form which was very similar to the FBI form I saw on the internet...

There was no number on my letter. I just email the CIC Central Processing Centre to check whether they have received it about six weeks after I had applied from HKP. CIC wrote back in a few days.

You need to contact them to re-issue the letter with an address. Call them or email them.

Talk to them again and see what else is pending. Just be nice and ask if they can put you back in the queue. You got nothing to lose.

Let's hope they didn't forget us...It has been 141 days for me already.

I'm on the same boat as you. Aor April 07, sent HKPCC at the end of July. All I know is my eligibility was done after talking to an agent last week.

Yes it does. Probably your visa was processed by the Thai visa office. It seems they're relatively slow compared to other VO according to the timelines posted by others. Anyway, I will wait... ;)
